Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how CFAI ("CFAI", the "Service"), operated by Ramsford Enterprise ("Ramsford", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the Service you agree to this Policy and to our Terms of Service.

How we use your financial information

We use the financial information you enter to provide analysis, projections, education, and recommendations — so that you can make your own informed financial decisions. CFAI does not make decisions for you, does not act as your fiduciary or licensed advisor, and does not execute transactions on your behalf without your explicit authorization. See "No Financial Advice; User Responsible for Decisions" in our Terms. Recommendations are generated from the information you provide (which may be incomplete or inaccurate) and cannot guarantee future outcomes.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Financial information you enter — accounts and balances, debts and interest rates, income, bills, goals, and similar figures you choose to add so CFAI can run analysis on your own numbers.
• Questions you ask — the questions you submit to Ask CFAI and the Voice CFO, used to produce your answer and, in aggregate, to improve the Service.
• Technical information — basic log and device data needed to operate and secure the Service.

Voice data

When you use the Voice CFO, your spoken audio is transcribed to text and then immediately discarded — we do not store voice recordings. Voice is push-to-talk only; there is no always-on listening.

How we use your information

• To provide the Service — computing your Financial Health, Safe To Spend, Decision Pyramid answers, and other analysis from your own data.
• To secure your account and prevent abuse.
• To operate billing for paid plans.
• To improve the Service, using aggregated or de-identified information where possible.

We do not sell your personal financial information.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, voice transcription, and payment processing), under obligations to protect it; when required by law; or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the Service. Any third-party rate or market data used in an analysis is treated as a disclosed assumption, not as advice.

Data security & retention

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and per-user access controls. No system is perfectly secure. We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.

Your choices

You can view and edit the financial information you have entered at any time under My Money Info, and you may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@ramsford.ai.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
