Terms of Service

Welcome to CFAI ("CFAI", the "Service"), operated by Ramsford Enterprise ("Ramsford", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

No Financial Advice; User Responsible for Decisions

CFAI provides analysis, projections, education, and recommendations. You make all final financial decisions. This is the foundational principle of the Service, and it applies to every feature — Ask CFAI, the Voice CFO, the Decision Pyramid, the Vacation Optimizer, Refinance Analysis, the Life Event Engine, Opportunities, and every projection, simulation, or recommendation the platform generates.

• Informational and educational only. CFAI provides informational and educational content, scenario modeling, budgeting and planning support, and general recommendations. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or insurance advice, and CFAI does not act as your fiduciary or as a licensed advisor of any kind.
• Data may be incomplete or inaccurate. Recommendations are generated from information you provide and from third-party data that may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or inaccurate. Assumptions used in any analysis are disclosed to you and are not guarantees.
• Future outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Projections, simulations, and "what happens if" scenarios describe possibilities, not promises. Actual results will differ, sometimes materially.
• Consult a licensed professional. You should consult a licensed financial advisor, accountant, tax professional, attorney, or other qualified professional when appropriate before acting on information from the Service.
• You are solely responsible for your decisions. You remain solely responsible for all financial decisions and transactions — including any purchase, investment, loan, refinance, debt, insurance, travel, real-estate, tax, retirement, or budgeting decision, and any other action you take based on information from CFAI. CFAI does not make decisions for you and does not execute transactions on your behalf without your explicit authorization.
• No liability for losses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CFAI, Ramsford Enterprise, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not responsible or liable for any financial losses or damages resulting from your reliance on projections, recommendations, simulations, analyses, or any other content generated by the platform.

In short: CFAI is a decision-support tool. It helps you understand your options and shows you the math behind every recommendation — but the final call, and the responsibility for it, is always yours.

Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate information — the quality of CFAI's analysis depends on the accuracy of what you enter.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other users' data, disrupting the Service, reverse-engineering it, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions & billing

Some features require a paid plan. Prices and plan features are shown before you subscribe. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Taxes may apply. We may change prices with reasonable prior notice.

Third-party data & services

The Service may use rates, market figures, and other data from third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party data or services. Any rate, APR, growth rate, or market figure used in an analysis is a disclosed assumption unless it comes directly from your own entered records.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ramsford Enterprise and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, savings, data, or financial loss, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your reliance on any content it generates. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
